Egg Drop Soup Cont....

As It turns out I was at my mother's house yesterday making an Avon delivery to her nurses.
While waiting on them I looked through an Atkins Diet Book.
I found a recipe for Egg Drop Soup.
The book says pour the eggs into the broth using the backside of the spoon.
I thing what happend the other night was I was using a wisk.
I plan on trying this again.

I usually stir with water first then 'drizzle' it in while continuing to gently stir with a fork. I find that a wisk seems to keep the 'ribbons' from forming. Let us know how the spoon technique works.
