I was kind of shocked when I saw those pictures side by side. They were exactly 1 year apart. I had already begun to lose a little to prepare for surgery and still looked that ... puffy (that's the only word I can see that fits). I am now 2 wks from goal and struggling for the last 2 lbs to get to goal. Thanks for all the encouragement. This is definitely not the "easy" way out but you all make it easier.
