OT Prayers for our friends Melinda and James Doty...

Both James and Melinda have been successful with their respective WLS journeys and that success is enabling them to fulfill a lifelong dream. We all have soooo many reasons for deciding to have WLS of any type. Melinda's (many of you may know of her as ECUMindy) driving reason was that she desperately wanted to be a Mom. She has been very successful in her WLS journey and 9 months ago she and James conceived... Today, Melinda is at the hospital preparing to deliver their new bundle of joy.

Please say a prayer for a smooth, uncomplicated delivery and the arrival of a healthy baby. 

 

Please keep us updated. They're both wonderful folks and will make an awesome set of parents.

I'll keep my ears and eyes open and as soon as I hear anything I'll let you know. I absolutely agree that not only are the about to be blessed with this new sweet little boy, but this little boy is about to be blessed with having them as parents.

Thank you all!!! We have our precious son at home after a complicated and eventful delivery, but we are all happy and healthy- finally!

WLS was the best thing I could have ever done... 200 pounds lost and a precious baby boy and my perfect husband. What more could a woman ask for?
