support groups meetups ect in charlotte

Hi.im looking for any groups that meet in charlotte?

There's a meeting in Huntersville at exit 23, Presbyterian Hospital.  It meets the last Wednesday of the month at 7:00.

Sorry for answering late.  Any one can come to this meeting.  Ask where the Bariatric meeting is.  I'm told it's in the video conferance room in the physician's plaza)  I still don't know where that is but will ask.

Hey lady,

I hope you're feeling better.  There's a group that meets at Plaza Midwood library called Healthy Beginnings.  I've yet to make it to one.  There's always something that blocks me from getting there, but i do plan to go after.  I think it's the 2nd Monday of each month.  Check them out on the OH site.

Southeast Bariatrics holds one once a month at Myers Park Baptist Church, and Presbyterian Hospital has a monthly meeting also. I got information for both groups at Dr. Voellinger's office.

I just came to this forum to ask the same question.  I can't go to the one at Mercy Main as it conflicts with my book club every month so I'm looking for other options.  Where can I find details about the Plaza Midwood meeting.  I'm going to get on Dr. Voellinger's site to check out the other meetings.  And can anyone give more details about the Huntersville meeting (where in the hospital, are they helpful, etc)?
