Support group survey

Thanks! Actually, I'm delighted that you participated in the survey. Since I set up the meetup site for all of NC, I'm hoping that folks in other areas will use to set up local meetups too ... I figure we can use the survey info to help us as we try to figure how to best support one-another.

The last time I checked, I had about 14 respondents ... but that was earlier this evening. I thought I'd let it go a while. Once the responses seem to have stopped trickling in, I thought I'd go ahead and post the results so everyone could see.
