?? about my recipe posts...

1.  Do you like them?  Should I continue? 2.  If so, do you prefer a daily recipe post, or would you rather me post each new one in the same, ongoing ONE recipe post?  Would that make it quick and easier to find? (Just keep in mind that I'm not available every single day, so there will be days here and there when I won't post a recipe that day, so y'all jump in and post on those days and ANY days too!)  My goal is to post mostly recipes that are good for us (and TASTY)... whether it be in protein content, low carb, low fat, etc.  Every now and then there might be one that's a pure CHEAT but so yummy I have to share.  I always post Nutritional values if the recipe has them.  So if you do not see that posted, it means the recipe is probably beneficial in some way, but the NUT values weren't available.  I also try to include any subs that will work to lighten up the posted recipe as appropriate. DISCLAIMER: I'm not a nutritionist nor dietitian.   I have no formal culinary training.  I just have a passion for all things culinary and enjoy sharing any knowledge I can that might help others.  If you ever have any cooking/culinary questions, post or PM them to me.  I'll help as I can or try my best to find an answer for you as I have many resources in the culinary world.  I will also help find a recipe or similar one you might be looking for too, so just ask!  And if you have a favorite oldie that needs lightening up or making more WLS friendly, I will also try to help with that. I've had some very nice comments from many of you, both here in the forum and via private messages.  Most of the recipes I post are not mine and not created by me, so I try to always include the source if I know it.  I don't want to infringe on any copyrighted recipes and get credit for someone else's work.  If I find and post a recipe from online or from somewhere and don't know the source, I'll also post that. Please throw me any comments you have about a recipe post(s)... what is helpful and what is not.  What kinds of recipes you'd like to see... ANYTHING that will bring some yummy FUN into your kitchen.  And I hope all of YOU will also add to the posts with your comments and recipes too.  If you want to know more about my culinary background, you can see it here at Wendy's HOME EConomics!  I haven't updated the web page in months as I've been re-careering as an (Outdoor Living Consultant) and busy having surgery... I have done a newsletter in the past (Table Scraps) and may rev that up again soon, in a newer format.  You can sign up for that there on my web page and you can browse some of the previous issues there too. THE MORE THE MERRIER!  I like seeing YOUR recipes too.

So tell me what you think about my recipe posts, should they continue AND what you'd most benefit from in such posts!! ----------------------------------------------- "I don't like to say that my kitchen is a religious place, but I would say that if I were a voodoo priestess, I would conduct my rituals there." I love your recipes. I think a new post each time would make it easier to find. I tend to eat in patterns. I love new ideas to try. Belinda

Wendy -

I love your recipe posts. They are easier for me to find when posted one at a time, but hey ... since you are doing the work you should do what works best for you.

I truly appreciate you sharing your passion and knowledge.

Thanks,

Barb

I like them and think one at a time works best for me so I can read it or skip it if it's something I wouldn't try.  But I admit, there's truly not much I won't try.  lol
