I think I would be most interested in clarification of what that 5% means... more of a breakdown I guess - are they including or excluding the people who experience the 10% bouceback/regain. Do they consider gaining over that 10% as not keeping your weight off? Or is it if you go back to an overweight BMI (if you got to normal) or if you are considered obese again?
I guess I just feel thats a hard fact to throw out, it basically says only 5% of people stay successful... to me there are many definitions of success. I think its 'normal' for many to experience some sort of weight gain over time as the body adjusts but of course there is too much gain!

Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
