Dizziness
Dehydration would always be my first guess... make sure you are getting in your water faithfully! If you have been drinking the minimum - up you water... especially if you are working out.
The next step would be make sure you are meeting nutritional goals and eating every few hours.
How was your bloodwork at your 3mo f/u?? That could be a good point... if something was low then, it may be lower now?? If water/nutrition dont help the issue give DrM a call!

My 3 month f/u came back good. I think it was a combo of not eatiing before going and lack of water. I came home and had some oatmeal, then some water. I also did not take my pill prior to going so I took them as well. Within the hour I felt better. It just scared me. Gave me a wakeup call how important it is to constantly take care of yourself and do not slide one bit! Thanks for all that gave me input! I appreciate it!
