UHC finally has me in their system

They finally confirmed receiving the packet of info from my surgeon today. I was getting frustrated again witha week of lost faxes and info but somehow it got through. Now for the 'up to 30 days' of waiting. at them!

At least that is a step in the right direction!! 

I hope you get a fast approval like I did with UHC. Keep the faith.     

Now that is good news!  I have UHC and it took them 3 weeks to approve me.  Other than that wait, they have been absolutely wonderful to me and paying my medical bills.  So, try to be patient with them now.  Best wishes, Diane

I'm glad that they've got it. You might ask your case manager at UHC how long it will take to process. I have UHC and they said that the "have 14 business days to give me an answer." I had my answer in 11 business days.

Congrats that they finally have it! I just do not understand *lost faxes* seems to be a common thing in the medical office, anyways heres hoping for a fast approval!!

I know Darcie, isn't it amazing? If i lost information that much in my job I'd be out the door in 10 seconds flat lol

 

I just called and they are actively reviewing the file woot! It's passed a bunch of depts and is in the hands of the medical director.

Yes I am impatient :)
