i went vitamin shopping after work today and looked at them.  Went on and bought the ones my surgeons office recommended, but I'll get these next time.  probably worth the extra $$. I couldn't find the B12 250 mcg or Calcium Citrate that I need at Walgreens though.  Will be shopping for them tomorrow afternoon. Thanks Wendy.
