looks like you are going to have to take control of the situation and make it happen for yourself. that doctor is awful. go to someone else, somewhere else, anything! just don't let the fact that some ignorant doctor either doesn't know what he's doing or doesn't care about you stop you from doing what you know you need to do to get better. stand up for yourself! good luck. i'll be thinking of you.
