Don't be scared!  Congrats on the appointment, and not even too far away!  Go in prepared with all of your questions (write them down if you need to) so that you feel like you get your money's worth.  He is very willing to answer all of your questions.  They will show you a video, too, that might answer a lot of your questions ahead of time.  His staff is very nice and will do their best to keep you informed every step of the way.
