I was getting ready to go to a meeting at work right? Well all of my casual clothes were so big on me. So I finally found something that was a size 22 in the closet. Normally I wear a 24-26, and 3x shirts. Well to make a long story short. After the meeting I went to my department and got on our scale. When I tell you I grinned from ear to ear and was almost in tears.......... The scale said 246.2!!! I have not been that in over 5 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
