Just got an e-mail  from Dr.'s office. They have not submitted to Insurance yet. They hope to get the dictation from Dr. K by Friday. Then turn it in. Said I should receive notice maybe before them. If so, I'm to contact them. This was a surprise. Another several week to wait.. Oh Well!!!!

Reenie -

I know the delays seem like they take forever, but I'm sure that you'll be submitted for approval soon. Keep us in the loop.

Have a great day!

Sorry to hear that Reenie.  Same thing happened to me.  Seemed like it took months for my team to get the whole package sent over!  And there was also a big delay waiting for the surgeon's notes to be transcribed.  I understand your frustration.  It's just a matter of hanging in there and outwaiting them, I think!

Yeah, Maureen,      The waiting game really stinks. I thought games were supposed to be fun.  Dominos  I'm getting real tired of playing this one.  *sigh*    Mouth At Side  Mare

I am so sorry to hear about your delay.  I know/remember how frustrating this part of the  process is.  One thing to remember is that Dr Kuwada is especially thorough and careful  - which in the long run, is in your best interest.  He carefully reviews all of the consult notes before signing off on them. Keep your spirits up, it won't be long now. Take care!!!!

It'll be here soon, but remember the old adage, "Squeaky wheels get oiled first." I don't think I'd make a nuisance of myself, but it doesn't hurt to call at least once a week for an update.  Good luck. Take care. Ellen

Thank you for all the replys. I'd rather have Dr. K  take his time and have everything in order than to ru**** I think that is a big reason why I like their operation of doing things. When it happens it happens. When the time comes, It is suppose to be!!!
