Hey kiddo!  I had the same thing, went on for about two weeks but never bad enough to go to the ER.  I posted on the main board about it, and got the hydration recommendation.  I upped my fluids to 100-120 oz per day, and it has made all the difference!  If I start to get a headache, I take a tylenol and then force fluids.  For some, like me, cold fluids make my pouch really grumpy and crampy, so I use hot tap water to mix my walmart brand crystal light.  I also use XS Power Nutrition Sports Drink - Clearly Sugar Free Orange.  It helps a lot too.  Also, from my Weigh****chers site, remember that if you get your exercise by swimming, you can get dehydrated even tho you don't feel it.  I have started taking my drink to my pool and sipping between laps.
