Jamie - Welcome! It's incredible that you've been lurking so long and went through so much...approval process and appeal...before posting! Sounds like you've got some incredible willpower! Can I have some of your magic dust to blow at UHC! LOL

Congratulations on getting approved Jamie!   I know what you mean about going batty during the waiting process.  I'm waiting to see my surgeon in Aug. 16 and then have all the testing done.  I'm about to go crazy!I'm so ready to be on the losing end!  I want to be a LOSER!!!!!!!!!
