I admit it, I've been lurking

Well let me first admit I've been lurking on the NC Message board for several months now and have learned so much from all of the NC members, wow, what a great bunch of losers, LOL!  I started this process back in March, I've had highs and lows along the way and can finally say, I"VE BEEN APPROVED!  Can you tell I'm excited?  I can't wait to get my health back on the right path!  I've been hanging out here waiting to post this message as it really didn't seem real to me until yesterday when I got my letter from UHC.  I had to appeal the first determination and my surgeon also called UHC, I'm not sure what tipped the scale and to be honest with you, at this point I don't care. I am just ready to "GET 'ER DONE!"    Now I'll patiently wait for an appointment and surgery date..... not!  I faxed the approval letter to the Dr's office today and called X2 and left messages.  I really can't understand how some who have issues with their insurance can stand the wait.   I honestly thought I was going to go batty!  Anyway, I just wanted to reveal myself and to tell everyone Hi!   Jaime

Hi Jaime,      Welcome to the boards. Congratulations on your approval and upcoming surgery. I am from Fayetteville but I used Dr. Davidson. cape Fear was awesome so I think you will have a good experience and of course everyone at Village Surgical is great. Take care and keep posting.
