I Gained Weight

I weighed this morning. I went from 399 1/2 from last Monday to 403 1/2 this morning. I have to be 400 lbs  this Wednesday July 11th or they will reschedule my surgery. I've come to far to go the other way. I am determined to take this weight off by next week.  I will be fasting   this weekend.    Please keep me in your prayers OH members.

You will do great!!!!! Drink lots of water It will help flush you out. Drink slimfast 3 cans a day till wednesday. You will be able to lose the weight dont worry. I did slimfast for my 2 week liquid  diet and I lost 13 pounds. My prayers are with you..((((((HUGS)))))) Carol.
