Venting frustration/fear re: lack of weight loss

Barb - Sometimes when you stall, if you eat a day or two of higher calories and then go back down...it'll kick in the weight loss. Gotta trick the body! It's worked for me like a charm. Best Wishes!

Hi Barb,  You may be losing inches and gaining muscle.  Maybe it's time to try a different exercise, like swimming, water aerobics, weights, etc...  Sometimes your body becomes accustomed to an exercise so you have to trick it by adding different exercises/activities.  When you're doing the same exercise every day for a long period of time, which is good, your muscles become used to it.  Adding different exercises/activities, you're utilizing other muscles you don't normally use that will activate the fat burning process.  As they say, variety is the spice of life.      Are you getting in enough water to flush out your system of what you're burning? Anyhow, hang in there!  It'll come off.  You're doing great from the sounds of it. Sheila
