And,"No, I didn't get a fax."   Well of course not. When your told it will be faxed the next day don't you think you should return a call if you don't get it???? I'm tired of sitting on my ass waiting and someone not doing their job!   I said I would fax it down today... did I? NO I mailed a copy and there's no excuse why they shouldn't have it. I will fax it tomorrow and on the cover letter it will say 'call with conformation'. They will see just how nasty I can be if I don't get that call. I'm tired of being nice. Sure was funny when she called me today... Hi. How are you? Doing ok?... I had me a new best friend!  I can't stand fake people. Hope everyone is well.

I am sorry you are having such a hard time with this insurance crap.   I swear, I believe if we can survive this pre-op journey, we can survive anything!!  Hang in there and hopefully you will have an answer very soon. Donna

I agree! This mess before has to be the hard part. I'm soooooo ready for it to be over.  You hang in there, too. We make it through this and we're on the down hill slope!

Does your insurance restrict how you can see. This would drive me nuts.  I tried two different dr's from this site and found one *****turned calls weeks after inital contact.  Like hello, no wonder why you don't have any surgeries scheduled. There are more options since I initally had my surgery.  I would either tough it out like your trying or just find a new dr.  This journey is too expensive and serious for them to put you through all of this. I had no problems like this with my dr's office.

I'll sing Dr. Lowe's praises all day long! Now the office staff is where I end up butting heads. I can't stand a slacker. I don't know if it's because I've always been trained to be the boss or it's more that I'm just b%*@hy like that!  Drives me insane! There is no excuse for it taking two weeks of calling PLUS a couple of nasty emails to your boss to get a response.  I'll be the first to admit, I'm by far not the easiest person to get along with. Especially when it comes to something like my family or my health! I'm always nice and willing to work with something/someone, but when you pass that point... well, it's on! I've scheduled all my testing, evals and surgeon interviews (yes, I shopped around!) myself. Is it too much to think someone might be interested in doing their job? My crazy momma told me if I ever treated anyone that way, in my work or life, she would snatch me up... I'm 30 years old!   That woman has the patience of Job and she was irritated!

OMG your singing my theme song *did you get the fax NO* that should be a number one hit LOL I am in the very early stages of getting tests done and the office I am working with will say they are going to fax things to my PCM and for three days straight they got nothing.. then the WRONG documents were sent over.. I was ready to pull my hair out. I feel for ya!
