Uh Oh - A "Senior" Moment

Well, as some of you *****ad a few of my posts know, I am still in the process of losing a bunch of weight before my surgery is scheduled, and actually doing very well. SO well, in fact, that I was driving downtown yesterday to meet my husband for lunch and thought "My goodness. There is something terribly wrong with the steering in my car." It felt very lose and harder to control than I remember. Well, it took a few moments before I realized...there is nothing wrong with the steering! My stomach has shrunk some and is no longer squished helplessly against the wheel!  Does that count as a "WOW" moment? LOL All this time fighting the steering wheel to suddenly have it move freely within my grasp. KOOL! Have a great weekend all. xoxo Mare

That is a GREAT WOW Moment   :) As you live the journey you will have many Wow's. It is wonderful . I remember when I boarded a plane, and the seat belt fit . Or the time I could not find my size at Lane Bryant ( BTW , the old LB credit card is almost paid off YEA ) .  Losing the weight is the greatest feeling.  People look at you different when you lose weight, it blows my mind.
