I have a date!

June 28!  Dr. Moran at Franklin Regional They are applying for insurance approval this week, please keep your fingers crossed for me! I passed all of my tests, so hopefully this will be the last hurdle.

Congratulations and good luck!!!  I know how nail biting the waiting for approval can be.   I was approved last week and even though it only took four business days, it took me over six months to even get to that point!!  I am scheduled for RNY on July 10th.  I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a quick approval.  Keep us updated!   Hugs, Donna

I know it's hard, but try not to worry too much. Mine took about 10 days, because it just took that long to get through "the mill".  Once it got to the right person, it was approved within hours of receipt.

Barb, Hello there.  Just got out of the hospital on Thursday. Feeling as good as I think I should feel.  Have not walked but a little bit.  But have lost from 212.5 to 202.5 in 1 week( the preop visit after my  bowel prep i was 209.5 but i can not count that.  so i dedcided to go from my weight 2 weeks before that.   I having been having lovely broth, i did eat about 2 spoonfuls of yogurt at a time.   so it took me a how day to eat a small 4 oz cup.  I am suppose to be on liquids but my shakes are needless to say are not close to being liquid (clear) hahaha.
