Hang in there!!!! I have a fax# that they can fax it to. (Of course I am not at work right now so I can't give it to you right now) If you will email me at work I will send it to you Tuesday. :-)  Try to have a great 2 week, or sorry weekend. hehe

They will have to fax it but yes it can be faxed that is the only way we do things. Much Quicker!!!!!
