Support Groups in or near Goldsboro?

Hi all. I will be having surgery (VSG) later this month in LA but was wondering if anyone knew of any support groups in or near Goldsboro? (I'm about an hour from Raleigh and about 35-40 minutes from Greenville.) Any information on any groups within these areas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much.
