I love soy protein. To me it has the least dissatisfaction In my neck of the woods, Food Lion has a sugar free yogurt. To that I add a tablespoon and add extra fresh fruit that covers it up. I add a teaspoon to cottage cheese and fruit. I add a teaspoon to 1% milk and sugar free Nestle Chocolate milk. I love this stuff. I will add a teaspoon to hot bullion. (there is vegetable bullion.) I just checked the internet for the protein bullets, it sounds like a winner http://store.bariatriceating.com/conewwhlipr.html Antoinette

Thanks for the ideas. I've mixed and tried to cover it up, too. It just doesn't want to stay down long!

If you can't do meat, eggs etc. then the protein bullets might be right for you. I actually found some that are 42g of protein each. I figured they should help immensely. I haven't had surgery yet so I actually haven't tasted one...too expensive to waste now. I have started on my vitamins though.

I like the ISOPURE drinks from GNC. I buy the bottles that have 40 grams of protein. I cannot drink an entire one in a day but usually in a two day period. I figure with my other foods, I am getting enough. They come in different flavors and are pretty good if chilled. They are pricey but I figure I am saving manoey on foods that I ate before surgery.
