My daughter had lapband surgery last April. Unfornately, she is not having success with weight loss. Yes..partly, not making wise food choices and no exercise. I have been successful with a liquid diet which does include a meal per day of 8oz lean meat and 2 cups of vegetables. I have lost 23 lbs and still going. My daughter wants to start this program. My question is.....will the liquid diet work for her? The liquid meals are packed with vitamins and minerals. Will the liquid meals go thru her small pouch, empty into her larger stomach and give her the same fullness that it gives me? With this program, you have a liquid meal every 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. One bar a day and of course, lots of water and exercise. I guess I'm trying to ask.......will the meal empty into her stomach like me and keep her satisfied. I hope I haven't been too confusing. I know some of you may not be fond of the liquid diets, but one has to do what works for them. It is the only thing that has worked for me.Thanks for your help. CS
