Have hit my goal and then some!

Hi all! I hope everyone had a blessed new year. I am so excited! I'll be 1 year out on 1/10 and I have lost 137 lbs. I also weigh 137 lbs! How ironic! My surgeon's goal was around 155 and my personal goal was around 145. I've changed my personal goal so many times I think 145 was the last goal I had anyway! I have my one year appointment tomorrow and am anxious to hear what the Doc says. I have a few vitamin deficiencies, but nothing that extra supplements won't take care of. I am 100% glad that I chose to have this surgery. It has changed my life in so many ways. I'll have to post new pics soon! I hope you all have a great day! Carly 274/137/137..At Goal!

Wow Carly!! My surgery is tomorrow and I can't imagine posting that in one year. My weight is about the same as your beginning. I congratulate you beyond measure. Diane

Congrats ! My goal was 100lbs - however, i'm short of reaching that goal. Congrats and enjoy the hard work you've put forth.
