New to this forum and process!
Hi My name is Jamella and I currently live in Salisbury, NC. I have had my first consultation but my surgery is down the road a bit because I have to do the 6 month diet. I thought I had done it for the most part but my primary didn't do the notes, so I am working on that now. I have some of my appointments set for other things and I am interested in what worked well for others. If you have any suggestions to help me, I would most definitely appreciate any of them. Also, I am interested in finding a support group in the area. Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Congrats on this amazing decision.
I will soon be 1 year post op, I just reached my 10 month. I have the same surgeon. I've done great and have recovered well. I didn't have any problems getting approved with my health insurance. I have lost my weight and still have some to go.
I thought about my surgery 24/7 up until they put the mask on my face for anesthisa.
