Lost 1/2 lb in spite of Christmas

I'm so pleased, I managed to watch what I ate without depriving myself and still lost 1/2 lb. I'm 11 months out, 84lbs lost, I'm in a size 13 thats loose. It's been the greatest Christmas in a very long time....I hope everyone is as blessed as me..... Sandi

That is so encouraging. I am scheduled for surgery on Jan. 9th. I like to hear, "my life is better." Diane
