Betty had her surgery!

Hi All, I just wanted to give those who know Betty T. a surgery update. She came thru her surgery just fine. I work at the hospital so I went to see her yesterday during my lunch hr. She is having some pain but thats to be expected. Have a Merry Christmas and pray my new insurance that starts 1/1 covers RNY! Thanks, Cathy

I saw Susan B at the support group last night and she said Betty is doing okay but is staying in the hospital one more day. Cathy

Hey Cathy, thanks for the update. Do you know why she is having to stay an extra day in the hospital? I didn't make it to the support group meeting last night - I ended up having to work later than I intended to. How was it? I am definitely going to make it to the January one - well, weather permitting of course! Donna
