Delicious Frit Salad Recipe
This recipe has sugar in it from 3 small cans of low carb pineapple sweetened with splenda. It didn't bother my tummy, its packed with protein and delicious.
1 package lime flavored sugar free jello
1 package lemon flavored sugar free jello
1 cup very ho****er
Stir these together to dissolve in a medium bowl and add 3 small cans of low carb crushed pineapple sweetened with splenda drained. Set mixture aside
In another medium bowl, add:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup mayonaisse
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp horseradish
Mix these ingredients with a mixer. Add jello mixture and mix all together until very well bended. Lastly, stir in 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy
The horseradish gives this salad a nice zing and its oh so good.
