SOME INFORMATION

Hi everyone, I have not posted in a while sorry for that ....just been real busy with the holiday season. But I had a question I wanted to ask and if anyone can help me that would be so wonderful. I went to my FIRST APPT on Oct 25th and it's been six weeks already I was just wondering if anyone els out there went through duke how long was your wait until your second appt. (when i called to the clinic i was told that i should be going to med/surg review soon. ) Thanks, Stephanie

Hey Stephanie I don't have any answers but I just wanted to say hi. I just asked concella about you today and she said you are getting really close with everything. I know the waiting part is hard. You are on track believe it or not---you are about to go to medical surgical review--then to insurance--the a date--therefore your second appt--it takes time and while its hard to wait it is certainly worth it--remember Beth telling you the time line can be from 2-6 months for a surgery date--well the 2mth wait is the exception--all conditions must be right so its usually over that===It took me almost 3 and I had some friends take longer--just take this time to educate and prepare yourself !
