DS Surgeon in NC?

Has anyone had the DS done in NC? Who with? Are the any BCBS Centers of Excellence that do the DS? I'd appreciate hearing about anyone's experiences. Thanks!

Thanks for your help. I had already used the search feature, but when I looked further at the surgeons profiles, many of them had never actually done the DS.

Dr Voellinger does the DS. I am not sure if either hospital is COE with BCBS or not. I know he has done the DS on patients that have BCBS this year. So you should be fine. Good Luck!!!!

Northeast Medical Center in Concord is a BCBS approved facility. I have BCBS and that's where I'm having my RNY revision 12/13.
