Well folks, after months of waiting for a decision, I found out yesterday that hubby got his promotion. And the new location is.....Charlotte NC.. We have to be moved there so that he can report for work by Jan. 7. Boy that sure doesn't leave much time for me to get things in motion. But at least I don't have to do the packing...lol. I just love paid relocation. So i'm putting out the call to all OH members for PCP's, surgeons for my follow up care, pediatricians, agencies for the blind and anything else you might think of that I may have missed. I do know that I can probably get help with the agencies for the blind through the one I'm with here in NY, but if there is any that you may know of it would be really helpful to me. I also plan on posting this on the NC board as well. I am gonna be asking a lot of questions so please prepare for it. Thanks in advance. Take care. Moni

You are going to LOVE it here! I just moved to the Charlotte area from NY in April. I happen to think I have the best Doctor in the world, David Voellinger, and he's right here in Charlotte. He is just wonderful and he staff is just amazing. I feel so lucky to have him as my Doc! I'm new to this site, but I'm pretty sure if you click his name by my info stuff it will give you his info.

Hey Fruit Loop, Thanks for the heads up on a dr. I will check him out. I'm not sure where we will actually live yet, so I have to make sure my dr. is somewhat close. I am sure I will just love it there. Take care Moni
