Hey!!!! He's my doctor too! I have not had the surgery yet. However, I personally know about 5 people who have had the surgery with him. They all feel fabulous and insist he is the BEST doctor in the whole world. I consider myself very fortnuate to have him as my doctor! I've also met a bunch of people at the support groups who are thrilled with how they feel after the surgery and even more thrilled about the care they receive! I have yet to hear one bad thing about him! Congrats on your date!

heehe, I'm getting mentally prepared for that liquid diet myself. It's always on the back of my mind. I have tried it here and there, and no luck LOL. I'm just testing myself to see if I'll actually be able to do it. I know that once it's REQUIRED that I'll be able to do it. I just got an approval from my insurance so I'm just waiting on a date now! I'm so excited. Sounds like you are going to have to liquify Thanksgiving dinner LOL. I'm hoping I will too!!!!

I came home yesterday,I feel great, I did not experience any pain at all, did'nt have to use the morphine pumps at all,I don't feel like I've had surgery. Dr. V is the best, several of his staff memebers came to the hospital to see me they are wonderful. He took me off of my diabetic meds and blood pressure meds.I'm amazed how good I feel. You won't get any rest in the hospital, they willcome in all night taking blood, checking your pressure and oxgyen. Hope you feel like I do, Dr.V is the man!!!
