Vitamins....

What kind/brand of vitamins does everyone take? I'm still on my Flintstones and I think it's time for a change. Thanks, Wendy

Centrum Chewables. They have an orange flavor to them. I've been taking them since I had RNY in Feb 2006. I haven't had any problems.

They are made just for Bariatric Surgery Patients. You can go to the bottom of the page and get the larger qty. bottle if you want to start out with them or get the smaller bottle to see if you like them. They have really helped both of us and have all the required ingredients and were recommended to us by Michael's doctor. I hope you can make it to Monday's meeting.
