FIRST APPT TOMORROW AT DUKE

Hi everyone just wanted to let everyone know that I have my first appt at the duke weight loss clinic....I think that I have all my thing togethter....I keep going through them all to make sure that I have not forgotten anthing. Last week I was so excited...I'm still feeling excited but very nervous as well. I'm sure that everyting is going to be ok I just have to take everything as it comes and remember to be patient and relax. Thanks for listening. I'll leep everyine posted. Steph

Good luck, Steph! I remember how excited I was when I had my first appt~~and it hasn't stopped! I had surgery 3-21-06 and have lost 98 lbs. so far. It is so worth it! It is very hard to stay patient thru the approval process and all the requirements--but it will go by before you know it. Keep us updated! Tamara 310/212/150
