Anybody from Waxhaw?

Anybody from Waxhaw area who is pre-op interested in going to Curves with me? Or maybe just a walking buddy?

Hi Judie. My kids live there and I visit but I live in the mountains. I am post-op three years and encourage you to go to Curves even if it is alone! I walk when I am at my son's because that is just what I do now. Keep looking for that partner. There is someone out there! When is your surgery and who is doing it?

Hi Peggy, Thank you so much for your response to my message. Yours is the only response I have had so far! I am going to go back to Curves (I went for about a year a while back but stopped for Christmas Holidays and never went back). My feet and legs hurt so bad, it is difficult for me to walk right now. I hope when you are coming back to Waxhaw to visit your kids, you will look me up. I would love to meet you. I am also a pentecostal Christian. Would love to invite you to my church when you are visiting. I go to Central Church of God in Charlotte. It is a wonderful, but VERY LARGE church. The pastor is the best there is anywhere, bar none!! Anyway, thanks again for the response. Oh, in answer to your questions, I don't have a date yet. Dr. David Voellinger is going to do it, but he has some concerns about some other issues I have, so he hasn't decided which procedure to do yet. PLEASE pray for me that it will be before the holidays start! Thanks, Judie
