Pain in the upper abdomen????

Hey guys! I have a question. I have been experiencing pain after I eat in my upper abdomen under my diaphragm that radiates around to my back. It lasts for an hour or more. Has anybody had this before and do you know what it is? I called the Dr and I go in tomorrow but I am curious to see if anyone else has this problem. Thanks for listening! Carly

Sounds like gallbladder to me to. I use to get those pains right after eating a meal.. started off may 20 min of pain and I had a few attacks like that before I had the major one.

Thanks ladies! That's exactly what it is. I will have it taken out whenever they can schedule me for surgery. I knew that I would get help here. Carly
