Hi everyone!! I hope that you all are doing well! I am now 2 months post-op and I have lost 55lbs so far. This is the most weight I have ever lost at one time and especially that fast. I have my blood work done for my next appointment...not looking forward to that but anyway! So far I've been walking and I really want to join the local YMCA so I can hopefully tone up some of this flab I've been seeing. Hopefully that will happen this week or next. I do have some questions though.... what are you guys eating 2-3 months out? I am able to eat everything but beef and pork so far. And I'm just not suppose to eat that for 6 months so that means January I get to taste beef again!!!! That will be exciting. So if anybody has any good recipes or suggestions please send them my way. I'm really tired of the turkey and chicken things that I've been eating. I also would like some different exercising tips many something different besides walking and such. I know you guys will come through!!! You have all been great help and I need to visit this site more often and share with everyone!! Thank you all for the support and suggestions! Take care! Sarah

Congrats, on your weight loss 55lbs is great. I am 6 weeks out and have lost 49lbs so far. Have you tried refried beans or chili...I can only eat a couple spoon fulls but its so good. I have also made salmon burgers and love grilled fish and shrimp. Twinnytwin
