Hi Pegi. What most people do is open an account on Photobucket, or another such website. They upload their pictures to that account, then put a link written in HTML code on their profile. My understanding is the advantage to Photobucket is that it writes the HTML code for you, so all you have to do is cut and paste. I am going to try this myself soon, I just don't have much to post yet as I'm a preop. Hope this helps.

Go to the DS (duodenal switch) forum here and at the top is a sticky with the info on how to update your journal page. To get there you put in the usual URL you use to get here but where it says NC change that to DS.
