Its been a while so I wanted to post and say hello to everybody! I am now working a new job at a Drs office and no longer have internet access at work so I cant sit around and cruise OH all day anymore I signed up to do the American Cancer Society walk which is at the end of the month. Its something I would NEVER have done this time last year when I tipped the scale at 286lbs! I have also been going to yoga for over 2 months and can now walk up the wall and bend myself into all sorts of crazy positions! (stop with those dirty thoughts!!) Next Wednesday is my 3 month surgery-versay! I am going this week for my bloodwork then will be calling DrM to schedule my 3 month follow up. I am VERY interested in seeing what the bloodwork shows. Everything has been great for me so far. I havent gotten sick and havent had any food intolerances.... its pretty much been a dream so far. I now really enjoy eating healthier and love the way I feel when I put good fuel in my body (I hope this doesnt change after the honeymoon period!). Its fun to go to the store and find new things to try(BTW Kashi now has frozen dinners out - under 300calories and 16g protein per each!!!! I had the SW Chicken and it was AMAZING!!!!). Hope everybody is doing well and I cant wait to post again with my post-dr visit update!!

Good job with your first 3 months, keep it up! Also way to go for joining in the American Cancer walk. That is for a wonderful cause and hope lots of money is raised for research. I'll be at the beach that week for a late vacation with my family. Hopefull I'll log a bunch of miles on the sand that week! Lynne
