Do any of you use the liquid vitamins in the gold bottle from GNC?

I am still somewhat confused about vitamins and my surgery is just 10 days away. I finally bought a huge bottle of vitamins at GNC. It's in a gold bottle, liquid and is orange flavored. They said a lot of the bariatric patients use these vitamins. Does anyone else use them? I just can't stand the taste of chewable vitamins. Also, what do you guys use for calcium? I've been using Caltrate 600+D. I think it comes in a chewable. Any suggestions?

Hi Susan, After surgery I could not tolerate any of the Calcium Citrate chewable vitamins and the pills hurt my stomach. I use a liquid Calcium Citrate named Life Time Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate. It is a tablespoon full in the morning and at night. It has 400mg Vit D, 600mg Calcium Citrate and 300mg of Magnesium. I live in Charlotte and the only place I have been able to find them so far is a natural food store named Talley's Grocery on East Blvd. I hope this helps. Good luch on your surgery. I know you are excited. You will be on the loser's side before you know it. Pat
