It hurts, I cried like a baby in front of everyone at Presby Lab. I hope that I never have to do that again. But then again I am a big baby and do NOT like needles!! charlene

I went in expecting it was going to be just like getting blood drawn. NOT the case at all. This was definitely painful, but only lasted a short time. They try to relax your wrist as much as possible before and put it in a position that will be less painful. All I can tell you is, don't jerk your hand away. Hold it steady and it will be over before you know it.

I don't remember it hurting much at all. Maybe I have a high tolerance for pain, lol. I wouldn't worry about it. If you hurt it won't be long and it'll be worth it! Good luck! Kathy
