GOOD MORNING GASTON COUNTY SUPPORT GROUP AND ALL

Hey everyone!!! How are you all doing?? I have just gotten on here after about 2 months absence. I don't seem to know anyone on here any more. I sure hope all of you have a safe and happy Holiday Week End. I can't believe summer is almost over. Where did it all go?? I have had so much energy now and have been doing so much that the time has just flown by. At 326 It was a chore to just walk to the bathroom. Now I walk, jog a little, dance, work in the yard, do my house work, have a new NetWork Business I run from my home, I swim!!! Wow I just have just a great time living life. I can't believe all the stuff I missed out on all those years of being obese. I thank GOD for letting me have this tool, and for HIS giving me my life back!!!! Hi Rita, It is so good to hear from you and how wonderful things are going for you. It really is really wonderful to feel this good doesn't it ?????? I have thus far lost 67 lbs and I can NOT BELIEVE how wonderful I feel and how much energy I have. I still have a way to go but it gets better each week. I can't wait to see everyone next week. I HATE to miss the meetings. I missed last month because of Allison's surgery. Everyone have a wonderful holiday weekend. Pat
