Problems getting emails

I am a member of the NC group and a couple of other groups. The only email that I am receiving is the Obesity Help Questions and Answers. I have added the email address they suggest if you are not receiving emails and this hasn't helped the problem. Could anyone tell me what to do to start getting the other forum email information?

Thanks for your reply Ellen. I got the email with the information that you sent with suggestions to correct the email problems. Yesterday I went through each step. This morning I got the Obesity Q & A email, but no additional emails from the other groups. I have selected Daily digest on each of my groups, but I'm still not getting the emails. I tried to delete each forum I had signed up for and was going to resign up for them, however I don't see a way to completely delete them, only to chose to not get email. I am open for any suggestions.
