My weight loss has stalled... Any suggestions?

Have faith, everyone goes thru stalls and it isn't a true stall unless you are not loosing inches either; have you measured recently?
I know when I hit a long stall, what helped me was making a change to shake up my body...Try adding 10-15 minutes of exercise at a different time than you usually do ( I got up earlier and added in the a.m., becuz I usually do water aerobics at night after work)...Also I found I was in a food rut too, eating the same 2-3 different snacks and meals all the time, you might try switching food up too,...Might be you just have to get your body out of its "comfort box"
