Congrats! That's my sister's birthday. I cannot beleive it's right around the corner.
You will be in great hands. I had NO problems after surgery, I was amazed that I had major surgery and was up and moving several hours later. I had no pain either.

I just wanted to say congrats to you on your surgery and glad everything went so well for you. I am looking into RNY right now and talked with surgeon 2 days ago.
I have all my appointments set up for Sept. Im really scared to death but know I need this done. My hubby is so against it and gets really upset when I talk about it.
I really need some help from someone whos been there. I hear so many horror stories and people telling me to just go for the lapband because its much easier a surgery and your home in no time. but the problem is my insurance wont cover the lap band only the RNY, so thats what Im going for. Any help from you would be so appriciated. Hope to hear from you soon. Let me know all the details of how your surgery went and how your feeling now. Thank Again

Wow yeh! I know the feeling. My 1st apt. was in april and still waiting even tho i had everything on the day of my appoint. They asked me to repeat the psych evaluation with northeast since they knew them..and that is holding me up to. I went a month ago for the 20 min interview and then he made me wait til this thurs to get the mmpi. I was so bumbed. Prob at this rate ill get approved by xmas lol Hope to see you in the office sometime on the loosing side! Congrats! Woohoo
