Hi eveyone i know i have not posted any messagesm BUT I took everyones advice and put in a appeal. And I think that things are moving in the right direction. My case worker called me on friday and she said that i quallify and she also was sure to let me know what i woud be responsible for in cost. So know that only thing she said that i have to do is go in and sign some paper work , and after that it will be going for approval, I'm really trying not to get to excited but i can't help it. So EVERYONE please keep your fingers crossed and keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks.

I may need the services of a VR counselor if I find out I cannot work. Long story. I wonder if I have to investigate this in the State of the injury or the State I will be living in. I will be moving own there shortly. Paula

I think you have to get VR for the state that you are actually living in. But I heard from a close friend is that VR will no longer be covering the cost for Gastric Bypass. ( NO THIS IS WHAT I HEARD SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK THIS OUT FOR YOURSELF) I think that she said that they will no longer cover that cost starting 8-31-2006. So I wish you that best of luck!!, because I know that this is a hard journey (for everyone)
