Hey Everyone

I know I haven't posted in awhile but I wanted to say hello. I hope everyone is doing well. As some of you may know I started out @ 323.I had my surgery 03/23/06 and as of today I weigh in @ 246. I would not have done any of this without you guys. Love everyone and I have no regrets. I am very happy.To everyone considering the surgery.......DO IT! It is the most wonderful gift I could give myself.

Hi Shawnteria, I had mine on 3-21 and I remember thinking about you having yours two days later...so happy for your success and totally agree...the surgery has been miraculous and changed my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined. Best of luck on your continued success Jamey
